Introductory VA Packages

The most common set of skills outsourced in Australia are administration, marketing, bookkeeping and graphic design. That's why these 4 fields form the base of our Introductory VA packages. With your very own staff member in these fields available to be hired from 1hr - 8hrs a day, it's the perfect option if you're looking for someone to fill a standard role with a common set of skills. It's also a great way to dip your toe into trying a VA for just a few hours a day to see if it works for your business before committing to any more hours. These packages have standardised pricing so you know exactly what you'll be up for before you've even got in contact with our team.

Custom Skilled VA

If you're looking for someone in a field not listed above or with a specific set of skills, our custom skilled VA service is for you. After a one-on-one chat with you to determine your specific business needs, we'll recruit someone with the experience and skill set you're looking for. This service is custom quoted based on the industry and skill level you require, but you'll always get an estimate before we start recruiting to see if it's going to work for your needs.

Our service is much more than just recruitment and your fee gets you much more than just your VA's salary. Think of us as your very own HR team to manage your overseas staff.

STAFF ON-COSTS

Your monthly fee is fully inclusive of all on-costs. There is no superannuation or payroll tax to pay and your package includes currency conversion fluctuations, foreign bank transfer fees, staff bonuses and perks, internet and office seat fees, communication and project management tools etc.
ONGOING MANAGEMENT

We engage with your staff member weekly and report back on their ongoing tasks and any roadblocks they may be having.

We can also assist you with any disciplinary issues and can deal with any off-boarding or rehiring if and when required.
GUARANTEES

We take all the risk. If you change your mind or are not happy, then you can walk away at any time with minimal notice and no HR headaches.
